Unfortunately, due to high volume of custom work and repairs for instore purchases, we are not taking in repairs for out of store purchases at this time.
For jewelry purchased from here, we are capable of doing all types of repairs, from the very simple to the more complex pieces in 10 to 18 karat gold or Platinum. The combination of the latest technology and over 50 years of experience makes it possible for us to do high quality work on the most complex pieces of jewelry. Listed below are some of the more common repairs. We do give free estimates on all repair work $50 and over.

Custom Designs:
Our Jeweler/Designer can help you create the masterpiece that you desire. He can design from a hand-drawn sketch, picture, or verbal description. By cutting the final piece in wax, we can be sure to construct the exact piece that you want.
Servicing & Cleaning:
We will clean and check all pieces bought from our store free of charge. We recommend this be done every 6 months. We also clean jewelry not purchased from our store for a minimal fee.
Appraisals:
We offer free insurance appraisals on all items purchased in the store that are over $1000. Our appraisals are performed by Certified Gemologists trained by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). We do not offer an appraisal on items not purchased from our store.
